Beverly Coleman is the CEO and Founder of ELIX...Libations & Sustenance (formerly GYPSY DIVA FRESH )-a fun healthy mix of Cold Pressed Juices & Smoothies, Salads, Sandwiches & Dips!
Originally hailing from the Midwest (Detroit & Chicago), She moved to the DMV in 2009 to attend Graduate School for School Counseling and simultaneously started her ascent into the catering world in 2013.
As a child, she grew up watching her Trinidadian mother prepare food, and her curiosity was piqued by the ingredients, aromas, textures and flavors she saw in her mothers' kitchen!! She fixed her first meal at the tender age of 9 and has been hooked on cookig ever since.
Bev's uniqueness comes from the love that she pours into her food-it's appearance will catch your eye and it's taste will keep you coming back for more.
